Made To Order Items

Due to the nature of custom made to order clothing we are only able to offer a refund or return if the item is faulty or in the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item. This is in accordance with the distance selling regulations. 
As items are made to fit you (or your child) please be mindful of our sizing charts and contact us if you’re unsure of which size to order. 

In Stock Items

In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty then this will be fully replaced at our cost. If you order the wrong size then we’re happy to replace however that buyer is responsible for paying any additional postage costs. 
Returns must be made within 14 days and be returned in perfect unwashed conditions. 

Item Care

All of our fabrics are pre-washed prior to making your garments and every order includes a care card for your items. We recommend washing at 30 and not tumble drying. We cannot accept responsibility for any items damaged by failure to adhere to the care instructions. 

Delivery

All of our items are sent via courier and tracking details will be emailed to you once dispatched. If your item has not arrived within 14 days of your dispatch email then please contact us at kayley@bonnieandthewolf.com for us to look into.
